Our flight was de-routed from Bari to Naples in the last minute. I managed to call Sixt and they helped me and was very responsive. They could not provide me a car in Naples, however they were more than happy to hold the car for me. One day later we arrived back to Bari airport, Stefano in the counter was very helpful and nice. He seemed surprised I was not able to get a car in Naples, which made me feel very good because if it was him I talked to maybe he would have gotten me an upgrade there. Anyhow, I've rented in Bari before, and Sixt has their cars closer, better staff, less hassle. I used Sixt before and they seem to be consistent with trying to be premium, I happily pay that little extra to get that peace of mind. If I was given a car in Naples it would have been a solid 5 but I highly recommend to use Sixt in Bari.
