A charging session doesn't start – What do I do?

1.    Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection. 
2.    Correct Charger Selection: Verify you've chosen the right charger compatible with your car. Check the connector, ensuring it's firmly connected to your vehicle. 
3.    Station Functionality: Confirm the charging station is operational by checking the display or contacting the charge point operator in case of any station errors. 
4.    Follow Charging Steps: Double-check if you've followed the correct steps to initiate the charging session via the SIXT app. 
5.    Payment Setup: Ensure a valid payment method is added, and you have sufficient credit to cover the charging session cost. 
6.    Restart: Restart the SIXT app and try initiating the charging session once more. 
7.    Contact the Operator: If the issue persists and relates to the charging point operator (CPO), directly reach out to them. Locate their contact details on the charging point. 
8.    Explore Alternatives: If resolution isn’t found with the CPO, consider locating another nearby charger through the SIXT app.
