We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We kindly advise customers returning a vehicle to allocate extra time before their departing flight to account for possible delays due to the ongoing construction. To assist you during your visit, the Port Authority has placed signage throughout LGA to guide customers.

For the pick up of your car rental when you arrive from the Terminals A, B and C: Go outside to rental car Shuttle Bus Stop. Once there, you will see a SIXT sign where the SIXT shuttle bus will pick you up and drive you to our branch. Please allow enough time for shuttle pick up.

Returning your car is just as easy, follow the signs to the SIXT rental area, park your vehicle, and drop the keys in the drop box.

Breezy experience renting my car here with the assistance of Alonso a month ago, and got a free upgrade to an SUV. Was correctly informed of the tolls situation on my way to Boston. Returning the car experience was also easy and fast. Just be careful to return the car within the timeframe. P.S. The employees I met were all professional and helpful, but I'm sorry to hear that others didn't have such a good experience. Please try to be as professional to everyone as you were to me.
