Sixt in Mendoza has held my hand through a big snowstorm that closed roads and caused my reservation to change three times. I was dealing with Sixt in Santiago as well, but responses took a long time and were not so helpful. The Mendoza team was always there ready to help for as long as needed. Two weeks later in San Martin de los Andes, a 20 hour drive from Mendoza, I went to my car at 0630 to find someone had smashed the window and stolen my ski tuning kit and a few other items. Sixt Mendoza responded by WhatsApp immediately although it was very early in the morning. They assisted with the police and the glass repair. I was missing a rare powder day at Chapelco Ski Area which made everything even more stressful. But it would have been far more stressful if not for Sixt Mendoza's amazing service. I wish I could thank them in person, but mine was a one-way drop off.
