By Car

If driving from the Gold Coast Highway, turn right or left (depending on which way you are travelling) onto Terminal Drive. Follow this and take the second exit on the right through to Rental Cars.

With public transportation

There are plenty of bus services that stop at Coolangatta Airport. Head to translink.com.au to help plan your journey.

Return information

To return your SIXT vehicle, simply park in any available SIXT designated spot, walk across the road into the terminal, follow signs to Car Rentals and you will find our desk next to the arrivals area. If the desk is unattended, please leave keys in our key return box located on top of the desk.

I am very impressed with SIXT and will continue hiring cars exclusively from them. I have hired 4 vehicles from them over the last couple of weeks and returned the last vehicle a little late due to heavily congested traffic and a long wait at the petrol station at Gold Coast Airport. I was initially charged an extra day but after explaining the situation I was delighted to hear that the extra charge will be refunded. This clearly shows that SIXT values its customers and is not driven solely by profit like so many other car hire operations out there.
