I ended up cancelling my reservation through no fault of sixt.
Through my booking process I found the staff to be amazingly helpful and polite.
I have no doubt next car hire I will go straight to sixt is not only were there staff exceptional their prices were also more than reasonable..
My reason for four out of five stars is due to the fact I did not actually pick the car up I cancelled the book in due to personal circumstances but I dare say if I did keep the book in the most definitely would they have five star rating thanks sixt
