Leonardo at Sixt Šibenik was an absolute treat to deal with and goes way above and beyond what is the industry standard. We've had so many bad experiences with car rental companies, but Sixt Šibenik shows how thoughtful customer service should be done. I don't normally write long reviews, but people who go out of their way to help deserve praise. Leonardo's very service minded and clear with communication; excellent English skills made everything easy and the transfer was very quick. We even received an upgrade to our booking (as the tiny type we had booked was unavailable), so all smiles and thumbs up from us! Will book again when the opportunity arises. And just when you thought it couldn't get better, Leonardo gave us a lift back to town to catch our train when we returned the vehicle.
