Great customer service and excellent car. Even forgave my slightly late return. Roadside assistance was continually delayed and I eventually begged a jumpstart from someone else. All good in the end.

Rented a car here for a week and have absolutely no complaints, recently a perfect service. Picked up the car on time from the gentleman at the desk. He was friendly, funny, explained everything, quick and spoke great English. The car was impeccable, I even got a free upgrade to a sports car. During my trip, I decided to give back the car a day earlier so I called SIXT and they agreed to reduce my contract and refund me the difference despite it being a prepaid contract. Giving back the car was even easier; it took 2 minutes as there was someone already waiting for me at the parking to make the exchange. I would recommend this branch of SIXT.
