I was having trouble mechanically with my rental and I had another month left on my contract. I could not afford to wait for their service dept. to look at the car. GABRIEL was fantastic. He made sure that I was able to swap out cars so I would not break down on my upcoming long drive. He worked diligently and looked at all sixt locations and was able to locate a vehicle plus also matched the size I needed for all our luggage.
