It was a great experience since the very first moment I reserved the car through the website until the time that I returned it. Ludovica was the agent that made the arrangements at the pick up desk, she was above and beyond, she cared a lot about my special situation, I have a broken foot with very limited mobility. She found the perfect car that fit our needs and lugagges. The car was in perfect conditions and was comfortable enough for a family of 5 adults. The return of the car was also very easy and the agent was very attentive. I will highly consider to use Sixt again in the future and will highly recommend to any people looking to rent a car at any destination around the world. Thanks to all the people at Sixt that contributed our experience was memorable.

I was served by Daniela, she was very friendly, explained everything properly and did not push me in buying anything else that I did not want (extra insurance etc..) The pick up lasted a few minutes, it was really easy. I got an upgrade for free and they brought the car just outside the Marriott Hotel within a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised how well it went after reading some reviews on Google. I will definitely recommend them. Overall a great and efficient experience partly due to Daniela's friendliness and professionalism.
