The staff were friendly and the process was very quick, but I have a note that we were not informed about the AdBlue because the car ran out on the second day of our trip and we had to stay from 2 am to 8 am because there was no AdBlue in the car and this was a major reason for delaying our trip and losing us about 20.95 euros. I hope that the Sixt team will explain to their customers in the future the idea of AdBlue and make sure that it is full in the car. I would like you to compensate me for the value of the AdBlue that I lost in the car. Other than that, all your services in receiving and delivering were excellent. Thank you.
The driving experience of the Opel Gurandland was excellent and I highly recommend it.
الموظفين كانوا ودودين و الاجراءات كانت جدا سريعه، لكن لدي ملاحظة لم يتم اعلامنا عن AdBlue لانه نفذ من السيارة في ثاني يوم من سفرنا و اضطررنا للمكوث من الساعة ٢ فجر الى الساعة ٨ صباحاً بسبب عدم وجود AdBlue في السيارة و كان لذلك سبب كبير في تأخير رحلتنا و خسارتنا قرابة ٢٠.٩٥ يورو، أتمنى من فريق sixt مستقبلا ان يقوموا بالتوضيح لعملائهم فكرة AdBlue و أن يكونوا متأكدين من أنه ممتلئ في السيارة، أود منكم تعويضي بقيمة AdBlue الذي خسرت عليه في السيارة، غير ذلك جميع خدماتكم في الاستلام و التسليم كانت ممتازه شكراً لكم.
تجربة قيادة مركبة Opel Gurandland كانت جداً ممتازة و أوصي بها بشده.
