The SIXT branch is located in the car rental center of the train station, located in Via Giovanni Giolitti 34. To arrive our SIXT branch you have to go in the Rental Car Area, area Giolitti (ground floor).

From counter to car

After leaving our SIXT branch, go straight up to street number 48 where you can find the Multipiano parking entrance. Use the elevator or the stairs on the right to get to the first floor and follow the signs.

Return information

Please return the vehicle to the SIXT car park in Termini Station located in Via Marsala, 53 - First Floor. Follow the orange SIXT signs and our SIXT employees will welcome you. If you return your car out of opening hours, please leave the key in the keybox at the car park. Our Car Park is open from 5 am to 1 am 7/7 days.

I had booked a car in advance via email, specifying all the details. However, it turned out that the operators who respond to emails provided incorrect information and didn’t consider my requests. This is a separate issue, and I could write a very negative review about that. But!! When we arrived to pick up the car at the Sixt office at Termini Station, we were helped by a staff member named Cecilia. She saved the situation, offering solutions and calming my nerves. Thank you, Cecilia, you are the best! So, Sixt, you need to pay attention to your online operators who provide incorrect information. And please take care of Cecilia — she’s saving your company and turning unhappy customers into very satisfied ones.

**Outstanding Service at Sixt Rome Termini** I recently rented a car from Sixt at Rome Termini, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my family's needs were met, helping us start our vacation with the right state of mind and attitude. Initially, I had reserved a Jeep Renegade over the phone, as I was assured by the Sixt representative that it would accommodate our two large suitcases and a stroller. Upon arrival, Valerio informed me that the vehicle might not be sufficient for our needs. He offered alternative options and suggested we try the Renegade first, assuring us that we could revisit the decision if it didn't work out. Guilia assisted us in preparing the Renegade, doing everything possible to make it suitable for our luggage. However, after picking up my wife and our 3-month-old, we realized it wasn't spacious enough—just as Valerio had anticipated. We returned to the branch, where Francesco greeted us warmly and promptly called Valerio to assist. Valerio understood our situation and diligently searched for a solution. He managed to upgrade us **for free** to a larger vehicle that perfectly met our requirements. After we got our new car, Francesco helped us load our luggage. It was still tricky, but he was very patient and helpful. Thanks to the considerate and dedicated staff—Valerio, Francesco, and Guilia—we were able to start our vacation on the right foot. Their exceptional service has not only earned our loyalty but also our recommendation to friends and family visiting Rome.
