Really excellent service from Daniel in Tulum. Had a puncture on a car rented in Cancun. Daniel was very efficient and helpful in changing the car.

Had a good experience using Sixt when I was in Tulum. The car was brand new. Daniel was a great help when getting the car ready and returning. He was also easily contactable on WhatsApp when I had any queries. Didn’t have any trouble returning the vehicle. I have my own insurance policy for driving abroad, sometimes companies can be a bit funny about this but these guys were fine. Would use again.

Only when you have issues you can really gauge how good a business is, and this place really cares! Out car got hit by a bicycle while parked and the Sixt representatives were very helpful with handling all the forms and helping me file for insurance. Also got a car for a great rate and upgraded too. Thanks!
