Only when you have issues you can really gauge how good a business is, and this place really cares! Out car got hit by a bicycle while parked and the Sixt representatives were very helpful with handling all the forms and helping me file for insurance. We rented a car for 3 days with full insurance. Everything was fine. The car was in working order. After returning the car the deposit was returned in full to our account after a few days. We would like to thank Daniel for his help! A very competent employee who gave us many good tips.
