I did my reservation online and went there to pay and get the car. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It took us 5min to pay and get the keys. I rented the car the 14/10 and got my deposit back the 17/10. Big thanks to Sebastian and his coworkers (sorry I don’t remember all the names). 😊

Good price, good van & friendly service.
I booked a large Iveco van and it went very smoothly - easy to book online and the staff were friendly and helpful. The van had an automatic gearbox and was easier to drive than expected. They have ample parking space nearby and I could drop off the key in a safe box in the evening. Also convenient that they have the option to select a larger # of kilometers in advance, so there were no extra charges.
The van was a bit messy but they cleaned it up a bit before handing it to me. The only problem was that I also booked a "meubelroller", but they couldn't give me one because they ran out of them. If you book in advance, they shouldn't be handed out on a first come first served basis.
