Easy Pick up & Return. Didn't have any issues with the shuttle services even at the busiest time of the day. Originally I had not selected the tolls options and my GPS sent me thru a toll road. Upon return I just asked if I could add the toll option before returning so I didn't incur in extra fees and they kindly added it. Would rent with Sixt again.
