I travel to Sweden from Canada a couple of times per year, and I have always had the luxury of having family or friends come to pick me up. My final destination is two hours north of the airport, so I am grateful that I have had great family so far. A few weeks ago, it was suggested to me to rent a car and be free and independent from others during my stay in Sweden, and it was great. Booking was smooth and easy with clear instructions what was needed and expected. Due to earlier flights, I was over one hour early for my pickup so "my" car was not ready, but instead of having me wait, a new comparable car was offered and I drove off happy. I had no interaction with personnel as I returned the car since I was early, but found where to return car and keys without any problem. My family will not have to pick me up again. This will be in my new travel routine. Awesome service.
