Your way to SIXT

From Terminal 2, after exiting the baggage claim, turn right toward the car rental desks and information. Continue until you reach our SIXT counter. From Terminal 3, after exiting the baggage claim, take our free shuttle to Terminal 2. The shuttle leaves from stop 17, outside the arrivals hall, and runs every 15 minutes during our opening hours. Once you arrive at Terminal 2, take the elevator to level 1, turn left and enter the arrivals hall from the left. Alternatively, proceed straight to the Terminal 2 arrivals hall through the pedestrian underpass.

With public transportation

From London, you can take the underground to Heathrow Terminal 2. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs directing you to Terminal 2 arrivals. Our SIXT branch is located inside the arrivals hall on level 1. In a taxi, the drop-off zone is located on level 5. For Uber, you'll be dropped off on level 4. Take the elevators to level 1, following the arrivals signs. You will see then see our SIXT branch. Alternatively, buses 105, 111, 278, 285, A10, and U3 all stop at the Heathrow Central Bus Station, located between Terminals 2 and 3 and above the London Underground station. Follow signs to Terminal 2 arrivals on level 1, where you can find our SIXT branch. To reach Terminal 3 once you arrive, you can walk from Terminal 2. For Terminals 4 and 5, take the free Heathrow Express train at Terminal 2.

Parking facilities

There are no parking facilities available for customers. You will have to pay any passenger drop-off or parking fees directly to the airport.

Return information

Navigate to our SIXT branch at Heathrow Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park, Hounslow, TW6 1EW. Once you arrive at the airport, follow signs for Terminals 2 and 3, staying in the right-hand lane when you enter the tunnel. As you exit the tunnel, stay right and follow the "Short stay car park" signs. Use the right lanes 4 and 5 to enter the parking garage. Proceed up to level 4, following the SIXT signs. Park your vehicle in the return area. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. For returns outside of business hours, please check that you have all your belongings, lock the vehicle, and place the key in our SIXT key drop box, located next to the SIXT booth.
