I have been a SIXT customer even before they came to the US in 2011. I have been renting SIXT all over the world and most of my experiences are good, minus the few hiccups at LAX and ATL. I don't understand why people don't rent more from SIXT more because you can drive a luxury vehicle for the price you would pay for a standard size. You get the same customer royalty bonuses just like the others. This is why I normally don't rent from other companies unless there is no SIXT branch present. It is a simple match up, for the same price would you drive a Nissan Rogue or a BMW X5 / Audi Q5 / Volvo XC90 or even a Jaguar F-pace?
The team at this location is absolutely the best, in all of my SIXT rental experiences. Not only they are super friendly, they are also very professional and accommodating. Whatever issues and concerns that I had they were resolved quickly and to my utmost satisfaction. I want to give a special thanks to Stephanie who helped me with all of my rental needs. You guys are the best!

This SIXT is located inside the Hyatt building which has plenty of space to sit, relax and have a cup of coffee in case you have to wait. In my case, there was no wait and I received my car right away. Asmaa at the counter was very polite and also gave me a complimentary upgrade to a nice BMW 2 series.
