From Terminal 1, after collecting any baggage, follow the signs to exit, staying on the same level. Proceed outside to the shuttle bus stop and take the airport-provided "Rental car center" shuttle. From Terminal 2, after collecting any luggage, proceed to the arrivals level and walk outside. Follow the "Rental car center" signs, which is across the street from Terminal 2. Once you enter the area, our SIXT branch is the first counter on the right.

Return information

Navigate to our SIXT branch at 300 Rodgers Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96819. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Car rental returns" signs. Once you arrive at the rental car area, proceed to level 4. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.

Super friendly, professional, and best customer details. So the line seem super long at first but then it moves actually fairly quickly. I want to say that there was about 10 people in front of me but I only waited for about 20 minutes. Since there was 5 agents working at the desk, it actually helped out move the lines quick. Don't let the super long line fool you. Sixt has more agents working at a time then the other car rental companies. Cathie was my agent and she was suppppppeerrr awesome! Very nice and friendly. Helped me out quick. I was in and out the door in less than 7 minutes. If I could give her another 5 stars I would!

Another GREAT SIXT experience…! Arrived in Hawaii after a long day of flying and just wanted to get my vehicle and head to my hotel. Was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly “Aloha” from Penny. She asked how my day was going and made me feel happy I had finally arrived. She even upgraded me to brand new Jeep Wrangler. A completely unexpected surprise! Penny gave me my paperwork then gave me precise directions to pick up the keys. I headed off and then was greeted by Darling, another friendly lady that made me feel welcomed and a part of the SIXT family. She showed me exactly where my Jeep was located and asked if I had any questions. I let her know I had none and thanked her. It’s always a pleasant experience with SIXT. Highly recommend them if given the opportunity. You will NOT regret it…!
