I rented a convertible BMW4 at a great price. I was greeted by a female employee who helped me pick up the vehicle quickly and clearly. I returned the vehicle to Harry, who was also very friendly and quick to complete the return process. My shuttle was very fast, even the return trip was just the two of us, and they helped us get our luggage on and off the bus. All the employees in this store are very nice.BTW, buying full insurance is the guarantee of a pleasant trip,and keeping the car clean can also make you comfortable and happy.

UPDATE: Sixt reached out after this post and worked with me on a resolution. Although my initial experience was not ideal, I truly appreciate their speedy follow up to this post and eagerness to fix the situation. Sixt Kona does just have great selection of luxury cars - just make sure you get the additional coverage at pick up. I know I will.
I wish I would have read all of these reviews before booking with Sixt in Kona. They offered great prices and when we arrived they did not have the Jeep Wrangler we had booked so upgraded us to a BMW. I had assumed Sixt was like all other rental car companies where every knick and scratch was not over amplified so I did not review the car close enough. When we returned the car there was in fact a scratch along the passenger side. I have no clue if it was there when we picked up - maybe not. The scratch was not immediately visible but in certain light it was. I was in tears which brought a cloud to the rest of my trip. Luckily I had cancelled my Sixt reservation on Kauai and enjoyed my Jeep rental with Avis. I have no received an $815 bill and will NEVER be booking with Sixt again.
Be warned that if you do rent regularly on the islands, SIXT is not like the other car companies. Check your car completely on pick up and take photos/video. Call out even the smallest knicks or dents at pick up.
