UPDATE - My money was refunded to my account after a couple emails with customer service. Thank you! ------ Terrible customer service. I had to cancel a reservation in Florida as there is a category 4 hurricane barreling towards the state and my work event was cancelled. They still charged me $100 cancellation fee. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

Initially my experience was bad with the uncleanliness of the vehicle, pictures to prove! But the employee upon return Anchanet H, changed that with her warm welcoming personality. She was amazing and absolutely deserves recognition. And a bonus! Because of her I will continue to use SIXT!
