Price was great, especially for a 9 day rental being dropped off in a different location. Customer service was helpful. The sales representative that helped us out at the SF mission district branch was Blake - he was great! Helpful, patient, and even threw us some freebies. We requested to pick up the car later in the day (instead of our scheduled pick up time), and he set that up for us. My credit card covers any damages, but Blake recommended 3rd party insurance for extra coverage. We were not going to go with the extra coverage, so he discounted it until we were comfortable with the price, and then upgraded our car! Never hurts to have more coverage, especially when it’s at a good price and you end up with a better car to drive. Thank you Blake for setting us up for a fun road trip!
