We will be using sixt any chance we can. We were so impressed by the above and beyond customer service we received from start to finish. We came across a kiosk not yet open and asked for directions to the rental desk. One of the companies contractors Neal, not only walked us all the way over to the counter. But he also insisted on helping us with our bags, as we had a baby with us. Upon arriving Ryan at the service desk was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped get us into a vehicle that would better fit our family as we originally booked something far too small. He was a blessing! Returning the vehicle was a breeze thanks to Carlos.

I want to extend my warmest gratitude to everyone at SIXT who helped me with my car rental experience. The booking process was quick and easy, and had a fantastic price.
I arrived extremely tired, and was initially put in a car that, after some troubleshooting with SIXT staff, was determined have issues with Android Auto. SIXT was able to locate another car in the same class that did have a working Android Auto and the employees were apologetic for the confusion. Everything else about the car was wonderful. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Ryan and Mejd went above and beyond to help us with our dilemma after visiting 3 other car rental services prior. Hertz, Avis, Thrifty and National couldn’t help us and the Avis standard car was more expensive than the premium Sixt car which was brand new!!!! I will only come here moving forward when my husband and I visit from France on an annual basis to visit my family in Orange County.
