We got to the rental car place very late however the customer service was nothing I have ever had at any car rental company. First they have no lines, great looking and clean area, kind and respectful staff. They offer extras just like any other company but don’t push it or make you feel like you MUST take all the bells and whistles. I had one company in Orlando make me cry. However, Vince went above and made my day perfect he gave me the best car and walked me to my car while pushing my bags put my bags in the trunk and made sure I was happy. He needs to teach classes on the corporate level about customer service because he gets 10 Stars instead of five. He even asked about my trip and wished me well on my Speaking Engagement.
