Despite the initial frustration and mishandling of the complaint by the brand manager, I am satisfied with the resolution in this scenario. I hope this serves as a way to enhance and improve training in the services offered. It's important to note that this review is not satisfactory for the company overall, as the customer service representative (Jessica) I spoke to on the phone was unethical and unprofessional.

This company is a scam. They advertise a military discount, but when I tried to apply it, the staff seemed clueless about the process or unwilling to honor the discount. When I booked online, there was no option for the military discount. Then, when I went to the Tampa office to pick up my vehicle, they told me that the vehicle I had originally chosen was not available, and I had to pay for an upgrade at our own expense because of their mistake. I asked about the military discount again to try to make up for the additional cost, and Bernard said they offer a 15% discount and asked me to call a number to apply it. When I called on 9/30, I got hung up on. I called again on 10/01 and spoke to Jessica, who said nothing could be done because the reservation was already completed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and then disconnected the call. At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I have received and will NEVER use this company at any of their locations. Called once again, spoke to supervisor Johann who mentioned she will escalate complaint to branch manager. Lets see the story upon vehicle return.
