The google reviews almost scared me off. I booked directly with Sixt and had no issues. Car was new and clean. Received the keys quickly and drop off was fast. I was charged what I expected. I have a theory that those who booked through Expedia had the issues. Customer service was also great. Sixt was the only one that had rentals available but I’m glad I was stuck with them. I’d book again.
Just be aware that when you head back to the airport, the first security check point is A gates and if that’s not you then don’t go through security until you see signs for the other gates.
