Will SIXT match my status at another rental car company?

Yes! SIXT will match your credit card  or loyalty status with other rental companies.*All you have to do is create a SIXT account, submit the form below, and send us a document or screenshot to verify your status level at the other company.  After you send your request you should receive confirmation from us within 2 weeks.

* There are several ways your loyalty status can be matched at SIXT:

  • If you have Hertz Gold, Europcar Privilege Club or Avis Preferred, you will get matched to SIXT Gold.
  • If you have Hertz Five Star & President, Europcar Privilege Executive, Europcar Privilege Elite, Europcar Privilege Elite VIP or Avis President's Club status, you will be invited to join SIXT's Platinum tier.
 

How can I ensure that my bonus miles/reward points are applied to my account? 

You'll need to add your bonus program account number to your booking either when you book or pick up your rental car in order to have your bonus miles or rewards points applied to your account. 


How long does it take for my bonus miles/rewards point to be reflected on my account? 

It may take up to 4 weeks for bonus miles and reward points to be applied towards your account.


Can I merge multiple SIXT accounts into one? 

"Yes! To consolidate your accounts, send a request via ticket to our SIXT Card specialists. You can easily access the support ticket option via "Manage Booking" below.


I have misplaced or lost my card. How do I get a replacement? 

You can edit your personal cards at any time in your account here.


Can I share my SIXT account with others? 

No. You should not share your SIXT account with others as this would allow them to have access to your personal information. If you believe someone has used your account, please notify us as soon as possible by submitting a service ticket to our SIXT card specialists. We will then close your account upon receipt. Your privacy is important to us.
