It is normal practice to notify you within 2-5 working days. However, delays can occur over busy periods and bank holidays.
The initial notification will be sent via email and/or postal mail.
If new damage is discovered on the vehicle, it will be noted when the vehicle is returned. Our Claims Department will investigate the damage claim and you will be charged the applicable cost of repair unless you purchased the Loss Damage Waiver and complied with the rental Terms and Conditions.
