In the event of an accident, theft, fire, damage by wildlife or any other incident involving a rental car, please contact the police immediately by dialing: 110*. Do you need an ambulance or fire brigade? You can reach them by calling: 112.

REPORT THE DAMAGE TO SIXT

To report a damage, please call SIXT at +49 (0) 89 24 400 088.

WRITE DOWN CONTACT DETAILS

Please make a note of the contact details and details of all parties involved in the accident.

TAKE PHOTOS

Please document the accident scene and the damage to the vehicles.
