TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that the following rates or rentals are excluded from mileage/point promotions and mileage credits: van and truck rentals, insurance-replacement rentals, long-term rentals (28 days or longer), rentals with vouchers, rentals with the payment method prepaid (“Pay now”), rentals with a value below € 25 or equivalent in local currency, rentals via Flying Blue companies (e.g. ADAC) and certain company framework rates. A combination of different promotional programs is not possible. Mileage/Points credits are awarded per rental and can be claimed retroactively up to 6 months after vehicle return if the promotion was valid at the time of booking and during the rental period. For assistance with missing miles, please reach out to meilen@sixt.com. Mileage/Points credit is only possible if the rental contract was concluded in the name of the holder of the respective mileage card. The general terms and conditions of Sixt apply.
