How are the ride prices calculated?

Price range estimations for taxi and third party ride-hailing providers

Taxi rides and all rides provided by our local ride-hailing partners are priced by the taximeter. This includes the taxi services in German and the Benelux Countries as well as the ride-haling partners Lyft, Cabify, Addison Lee, Ittaxi.  The price ranges that are shown during the booking process are estimations based on the route requested. Once you have reached your destination you will see the final price on the taximeter. This is the amount that we will charge to your selected payment method. No payments to the driver are necessary. 

Fixed price calculations for the transfer and limousine services booked in advance

The prices for the transfer and limousine services bookable via the booking classes RIDE, BUSINESS, FIRST, GREEN and each of those XL booking classes are fixed prices. This means these prices are final and include the local taxes. These prices are subject to fluctuations in demand and may change, even at short notice, depending on the time of the booking and region.

Additional charges may apply for any changes during the ride according to our booking conditions.
