Insofar as the services offered by the website provider ("SIXT") on this website are to be regarded as intermediary services within the meaning of Art. 3 lit. g) DSA or as an online platform within the meaning of Art. 3 lit. i) DSA, the following information applies to them:

1. Contact / Reporting and redress procedure

Our central point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the Commission and the body referred to in Art. 61 DSA (Art. 11 para. 1 DSA) can be found here.

In accordance with Art. 16 DSA, persons and organizations have the opportunity to report information on what they consider to be illegal content in our hosting services on this website - including online platforms. You can do this by filing a report through the abovementioned central point of contact. You can communicate with us in German and English.

2. Transparency reports (Art. 15 DSA)

According to Art. 15 para. 1 DSA, we are obliged to publish transparency reports on content moderation carried out by us once a year. Such report is published here on an annual basis, provided that there were circumstances in the past year that must be reported in accordance with Art. 15 DSA.
