You will receive your rental car either in the car rental center of the airport Saarbrücken, or deposited at the General Information desk in the terminal. The car rental center is located opposite the main entrance. You will be informed in advance about deposits, otherwise you will meet us at the Sixt desk.

From Mannheim/Kaiserslautern via motorway A6 in direction to Saarbrücken: Exit motorway A6 towards Mannheim/Kaiserslautern St. Ingbert West. After leaving the motorway in the direction of St. Ingbert/airport, follow the course of the road for approx. 9 km. Turn right towards the airport. Follow the signage towards the car rental centre. From Saarlouis/Saarbrücken via A620: Exit the motorway towards Fechingen/airport and follow the signage towards the airport. Turn left behind Shell petrol station and follow the course of the road for approx. 6 km until you have reached the airport.

There are several buses running from the local bus stations of Saarbrücken and St. Ingbert to the airport. Additionally, special buses which drive directly to the airport are offered at both locations.

If you reached the airport please follow the signs to the car rental centre, which is located opposite of the main entrance of the airport building. The Sixt parking spaces are located on level -1.
