SIXT rent a car Cancun Airport offers a complimentary shuttle service, in Terminals 2, 3 & 4 that takes you from the airport to the SIXT branch. Our SIXT agent will identify themselves wearing the Sixt uniform (orange/black shirt and black pants). Our branch is approximately 1 km distance from the airport on the highway to Cancun. SIXT is not responsible for charges paid to Taxi drivers.

International Arrivals: 1. Exit the terminal building. 2. Call from your you outside of the exit of the terminal and take you to our SIXT Cancun phone at: +52 9988862432 and the shuttle bus will pick you up. 3. In case you can't make the call, look for our SIXT agent (black/orange polo with logo and black pants) and he will take you to the shuttle. 4. Our driver will wait for Airport branch where you will open your rental agreement. National Arrivals: 1. Exit the terminal building through your left side, and below the stairs to your right you will find our booth. 2. You can also call from your phone at: +52 9988862432 and the shuttle bus will pick you up. 3. Our driver will wait for you outside of the exit of the terminal and take you to our SIXT Cancun Airport branch where you will open your rental agreement.

Once you exit the baggage claim, follow the signs to the Shuttle Area and exit the terminal building, once outside, on your left side you will find a SIXT counter.

Once you exit the baggage claim area, follow the signs to Shuttle Area, before you exit the terminal building, a SIXT counter will be on your right side.

The return of the SIXT vehicle is in the same location where the pick up took place and our shuttle bus will take you back to the Airport, to the Departures area. If you wish the car to be collected or delivered, we can arrange this with an additional fee, which varies depending on the distance of the location and the availability of the service. Please keep in mind the construction project near the Airport, and take additional time prior to your flight.
